Shipping policy
We offer flat rate shipping of $4.99, which is FREE for purchases over $49.99. Every order comes with Package Protection, which covers lost or damaged packages. The system calculates the insurance cost based on your order and shipping region. Please check your order's tracking before contacting us about a missing package.
If you choose not to use Package Protection, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged products, and you assume responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage. Please note the following claim deadlines for lost or damaged packages if you have Package Protection:
- Lost: 10 days from the last tracking update, as packages are sometimes delayed or marked as delivered prematurely.
- Damaged: within 3 days of the package being marked as delivered.
We only fulfill orders on Mondays and Thursdays to streamline our fulfillment process, benefitting our valued customers. Orders received after 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on the day prior to our scheduled shipping day will be processed the following shipping day. Orders are not processed on weekends or US holidays, and extended time may be required during peak promotional times or holidays.
Once your order is picked up by the carrier, usually USPS, it gets scanned in at the facility by the end of the day. The carrier then transports and delivers your order. Please note that USPS's estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.
If an order is returned to us due to insufficient address, unclaimed mail, unknown addressee, or a refused package, we will issue a refund once we receive the package. The refund will be calculated as the total cost minus shipping, Package Protection insurance, and a 15% restocking fee. If you request that the item be shipped to a different address, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

All orders are processed within 2-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Since most items in our shop are handmade, if processing times increase due to higher volume of sales, we will let you know through email if the shipping time will exceed 6 business days. I
Once your order is shipped we do not have not control over the the shipping speed and care of your package. However, please contact us if your order has not arrived when expected. We will provide you with a tracking number for your convenience.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders over $49.99 will receive free shipping.
Local Pick up and Delivery
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Jefferson City, MO. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 6 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions on where to pick up your order.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9AM-6PM M-F.
